Shipping Policy

In-House Inventory

Items on hand in our warehouse are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. These orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and major holidays are processed on the next business day.

Factory Direct Shipping

Products that indicate factory direct shipping, will ship directly from the supplier factory either in the US or internationally. Each of our suppliers ship between 1 - 5 business days from receipt of the order. Each product will indicate the approximate shipping time required. Note that your order may arrive sooner than estimated and each item may ship separately. 

Shipping to the US

Products that indicate factory direct shipping, will ship directly from the supplier factory either in the US or internationally. Each of our suppliers ship out between 1 - 5 business days from receipt of the order. Delivery times are between 12- 20 days. Note that your order may arrive sooner than estimated and each item will ship separately. 

Shipping to Non-US countries

We do ship internationally!  Note that the delivery estimates to non-US countries might be slightly longer than indicated for US destinations Please inquire about specific countries and products using our contact us form.
